Hi, I’m Victoria Hamblin, founder of Elevate Customer Success, a Customer Success consultancy based in Manchester, supporting SaaS companies across the UK and beyond.
I’ve been in tech for over 25 years, and for the last decade I’ve focused on Customer Success leadership - working closely with SaaS businesses, including at board level, to make it a real driver of growth. I’ve built Customer Success teams from the ground up, shaped retention strategy, and helped businesses improve Net Revenue Retention which is the metric that ultimately defines long-term growth.
I tend to get pulled in when things feel unclear. Churn creeping up, renewals feeling harder than they should, teams busy but not moving the needle. That’s where I do my best work. I bring structure, focus, motivation and a bit of honesty about what’s really going on.
The goal isn’t just to “improve Customer Success”. It’s to make it something that genuinely contributes to growth, in a way that’s sustainable and makes sense for your business.
